AUSTRALIA

  • Items will be posted out within 2-3 business days of purchase

  • All domestic orders are shipped via Express Post and incur a $14 postage fee

  • Express Postage is approximately 1-4 business days but once your order has shipped it is out of my hands so this is an estimate. All orders ship from Perth, West Australia

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped

  • Please contact me if you would like to purchase insurance with your order ​

 

NEW ZEALAND

  • Items will be posted out within 2-3 business days from purchase

  • All orders to New Zealand are shipped out via Australia Post and incur a $20 postage fee. Express Postage will incur a $35 postage fee 

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped

  • Please contact me if you would like to purchase insurance with your order ​

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Items will be posted out within 2-3 business days from purchase

  • All international orders are shipped out via Australia Post and incur a $25 postage fee. Express Shipping will incur a $40 postage fee 

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped

INSURANCE

If you'd like to purchase insurance do contact me PRIOR to purchasing the item, as I will need to calculate these additional charges.

 

Please understand that while postal companies follow every protocol to ensure your item is delivered safely, once a parcel is marked as 'shipped', I cannot be responsible in the unlikely event that it is lost in transit.

 

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

 

I gladly refund for returns or exchanges

Just contact me within 7 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

 

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Items on sale
